Found these in the front yard of our 1926 home.

The token is from the klan (kkk). Kinds weird researching it to find out it's a klan token. Makes me wonder what else I may find lurking in the dirt around here or even in the house.

Not sure of the use for the token. Any info is welcome.

Thanks for looking.

I never saw a Klan token before or even knew they existed. I found a two-bladed Klan
pocket-knife many years ago, looks like mother of pearl with a hood & 3 K's, one each
where the eyes & mouth woud be.

That date is far too early for the use of aluminum in manufacture of a token or medallion.

i didnt notice the one found was aluminum, is it aluminum
wow counterfeit klan coins/tokens or maybe a replica
interesting for sure

The 1866 date is some significant date in klan history I believe. Not the date of manufacture.
The token I have is aluminum.

i had not noticed your coin was aluminum, so went back looked at it, and now
i think this is your coin, it is the one above, the brass one on this pg
that i had posted b4, and the one above your coin, was made in 1915, and
#rd 201, and yours is #rd 203, so sometime close to 1915, yours was made
and they had just used the die with the error,so it may not be a replica or counterfiet
you may also want to check the deed records for your house,
as i understand it the secrets of the kkk, can be....
still interesting and a historical find
