UPDATE: Folks, this is getting worse. It's not only HB 295, but HB 296 as well. Please take note of these bills and email a rep asking them to "throw this bill away!"

Please take note of the discussion going on about HB 295 over in Legal Issues. It's important we lobby for our hobby! If each of us just emails, calls, or writes just one person on the legislator list (I posted the url in Legal Issues), then maybe we can protect our hobby. I emailed three reps asking them to please vote against the bill. I stated my reasons as the wording was too ambiguous and seemed to impose/intrude too much on private property rights.
