Metal serving tray

This was my Grandmothers, she had a store in Pennsylvania until her death in1966! I did a search but unable to find any match. It's roughly about 16" dia. It is flat black on the Back.
Was wandering if anyone could help,.. is it rare?

I find nothing sure about your item but that it's an ice cream tray.
This company in Pa. might have someone who knows?

I believe it could be a rare piece..the only thing lacking is someone with interest in these type of items? I know there is a collector for everything but Meyers brand isn't cutting it.
