Hello Forum,

I found these items today. Can anyone identify the toy soldier, and does anyone know what "save this tube for victory" might have been? Thanks for looking! IMG_0331.JPG

Educated guess on the tube. WW2 saw tons of rationing of everything. Possible a hair shampoo or toothpaste tube from that time period.

HI CSD,

Your mounted soldier was made by Barclay, circa 1931-1934, (an early one) and is described in their catalog as: "486 Cavalryman." Congrats on a group of great finds! HH, Sub 8-) (Lance)
