I'm probably wrong. It looks like some kind of flower planter or something that would go in a garden? That's my edumacated guess !

I was thinking a large flower frog, but holes all point straight up and bottom is really smashed.

No not flat. This pic also shows feet smashed upward. I don't think it's worth anything but I'm curious about it.

Well I found a sold one similar on eBay and copied/pasted the link and messed it up. Now I can't find it. It had insides that were spikes for flowers and a base.
