Minelab E-Trac vs. Whites Spectra V3i??

im in the market for an awesome land machine... im currently swinging an Excal 1000... but im looking for something more sophisticated for my land hunts....

since i already have a Minelab im leaning more towards the E-trac. But id like to hear what you experts have to say about the pros and cons of both the E-Trac and the Spectra v3i.

Try looking on youtube to see how they compare. I use a white's DFX but im really leaning toward getting an e-trac.

I've owned the White's and Etrac. Best buy for the money is the Explorer 2, used, for around $500.

fistfulladirt is right: The Exp. II was, in the opinion of many .... the best of the entire evolution/lineup of explorers. But of the two you are comparing, I'd go with the Etrac. JMHO.
