The F3 is normally used for detecting mines!
Are you headed to Afghanistan? ;)
Some models are water "resistant".
I easily found info by simply Googleing.

Just want to use it in water hunting not Afghanistan. YouTube has a video about it but I'm not convinced about it I just want some opinions about it

It is a mine detector, a pi with no discrimination and considered waterproof to 3 meters like Cincinnatikid mentions.....Google gives posts and threads about previous buyers asking same questions...
