I sent my E-trac in for service about a couple weeks ago. Natalie assured me I would hear from a tech soon. I'm just curious, anybody know how long their service times are running. I'm really in no hurry I just had surgery on my left foot and the right foot is scheduled. I really hoping to have for spring hunting.

I would shoot them a quick email for an update. I just sent in a machine for a fix and it was back rather quick.

Call them. I was told the same thing, then 2 - 3 weeks later I got a call from a tech who said they were waiting to get the OK to start work.
