MISS IPANA Toothpaste Signed Postcard 1933

So, I'm posting this find here in hopes of getting some idea on the value. I believe it to be rare. It was in the front of a first day cover album I bought at a sale today.

It is signed by Miss Ipana and the information on the back of the card backs up the signature.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
