went out today with a few guys from another forum. we went to a cornfield i have permission to hunt from farmer friend. this field had a farmstead on it in the 1870's. we all removed some iron, i found no coins, others found indians, 1920 wheatie, but the best find was found by a guy with his ace 250 and a big coil only 4" down, it was a 1858 flying eagle cent. i had no idea these even existed.

Outstanding!!!   :icon_king:

We've got to chip in and get you a camera or a scanner so we can see the great stuff you've been finding!

I'd love to find a flying eagle!
