Found the necklace on greenwood island in Pascagoula, Mississippi. A jeweler told me it would date back to the early 1800's.
The pin with the initial in it was found under the pourch of an old house dating back before the civil war. I have no idea what it is. The family that lived in the hous were Berry's. No one from living now could tell me whose it was, and what it was. It one had a pin on back to pin it to a hat, or something. It looks like it was made of pewter.
