Spotted this today next to my office. I have drooled over this old place for years and it looks like they started demo today. Hope they let me dig it!!!

This place has been empty for a few years, with no for sale sign out front. Kinda sad actually.

That was my thought, too. The place is beautiful looking. Of course, it may be trashed on the inside, or have shot plumbing and electric, something that would make the repair cost more than the value of the house. Still, it's a shame....
