me and my son just got done detecting a house built around 1910. we didn't get to hunt it as good as we wanted, but we did get some good finds. a 1920 merc, and a 1930 wheat. we also found a missouri state sales tax receipt token. i tried to look up some infro on these tokens. found a little infro about them, they were issused in the 30's depression era. does anybody here know why they were issued, and how people used these tokens??
