I hit the same spot I have been working for my last 4-5 outings but it's slowing down quickly. I started on new adjacent areas and other spots on the beach that looked promising but didn't find much so I moved back to recover areas I had already gridded because there are always gaps in the cool swing. All this really proved was that I did a good job on the first pass. After three hours I had 1 Mercury dime, 4 wheat cents. A 1947 nickel and $2.53 in other coin. Time to start searching for new ground I may have to start looking further away from home I have hammered most beaches within a half hour of home. I don't think I can wait for the sand to shift.
