More buttons found and something with Egyptians?

We pulled these during a short hunt in a spot the I have found a few hundred buttons in. This square with the Egyptians is a first for me. Any ideas to what it is? A key chain? Any info on the buttons would be appreciated too!

I believe the last item in the first pic is the comb part that clips on the front of an electric hair clipper...
