We dug for about 2 hours yesterday and cti4sw posted about 50 items from the dig. I was able to dig today for about an hour and chose to go about 5 feet away from our hole. I found ashes, roofing slate, tons of rusty cans, clam and oyster shells,a dozen plate, bowl and cup shards, and miles of roots. I dug about a 2x2 foot hole and was not feeling very prosperous. I did find some more cool bottles and an old light bulb that has the filament still intact. 20130322_144435.jpg 20130322_210807.jpg 20130322_223034.jpg

Hey Scot,

Looks like you're just this side of 1905 or so. That big shouldered, narrow necked guy is an ammonia.

Anything embossed on the base of the ringed crown cap?

Keep digging.

If you are refering to the bottle on the right, that is 1 of 3 Dr Ellis Wave set bottles we found. 2 this size and 1 about 1/2 that. 20130323_010010.jpg 20130323_010103.jpg

Hey Scot,

No, I was referring to the big shouldered guy to the left of the Dr. Ellis, as being the ammonia.
