More iron. Anyone know what it is?

The two larger iron items were found together next to an old civil war road that runs along Quaker Rd in Dinwiddie VA that was removed along time ago. One piece has a wierd possibly lead drop of some sort on the bottom. They also appear to have been chiseled. The smaller item with a loop and teeth on one side was located on a confederate camp area in Dinwiddie VA. They look neat but I have no clue

The first 4 pics looks like a slice of a railroad rail, I can't tell how big it is?
