Very nice sir! Did you find those? My guess is its material being reduced by ancient man into a possible tool and maybe even used along the way as a tool like it is. Maybe a chopper. They could continue to reduce it down as the wore it down. This looks like a first stage reduction with out any or much secondary work.

I think chopper works best. If it were a type of axe it could of only been used for a club type and not for cutting. But Chopper sounds closer than Club Head.
