My beach spot continues to pay off went there the past 2 mornings at dawn before work.
The keys from left to right: Durand steellocker company. it says locker number 337 it dates from the early 1900's
The middle key is a GM corp. briggs and straton R-P-D corp. The third is just a key.
The coins are a 41 wheatie a 19?4 buffalo nickle and a 1932 mercury which does not make sense because they were not made in 32 any ideas?Unless I'm reading the last number wrong it may be a 39 but it looks more like a 2 under a 10x magnifier. The earring has yet to be determined. Thanks for looking cant wait to get back to that spot.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you're talking about in reference to the dime. :dontknow:

Mercury dimes were minted from 1916 to 1945 according to my reference book. :read2:

By the looks of the coins it looks like you've been hunting in fresh water? I've seen other buffalo nickels come out of the water with that beautiful blue toning.
Looks like you got one of those! That is one very nice looking buffalo! Much better than the ones that come out of the dry dirt. Nice finds! :occasion14:

Believe it or not it was a salt water beach. Eagledown, mercury dimes were minted 16-45 minus 22, 32, and 33 and I dont know why.

Ahh, thanks for the explanation. I like finding coins, but I've never been a collector.
Guess I'm going to have to get a collectors guide so I know what I (and others) are
talking about. :headbang: :laughing7: :laughing7:

Thanks!!
