Mostly clad...but some SILVER!!...and need help identifying what-zits.......

Got out a few times this weekend. Mostly clad, but did manage to snag a 1959 silver Rosey at my parents front yard (property is circa 1840's). Also, found 3 whatzits. I think the one piece is part of a scissors. Also found a dog(?) small license ID tag, whichs states "Lancaster 16492 County, Penna 1949". Also found a strange object, which appears to be lead. Its pretty heavy, and looks to be like a weight of some sort? Any help in identifying it would be most appreciated. Happy Hunting all!!!

I don't know about the what's it either? My first thought was that of Scooby's though.
