Mostly iron, but I needed it.

Hi folks, I didn't get out last week due to holiday picnics and two days of rain so this morning I went to our iron infested site. We've pulled several coins and lots of buttons from here but it is full of iron. This is old iron so I enjoy digin it when I'm in the mood. It's close to home and a good place to go if you want a lot of targets. It was brutally hot this morning so I didn't stay long. Just enough to get my fix and settle the shakes. Best finds were a brass door pull and a three ring mini ball. We've only found a few CW relics at this site so that was a nice surprise. Thanks for looking guys, I'm headed to the pool!!

It's a drawer pull. That was a misprint. We have found several large cents and IH Penny's here but no silver.

Got to love that old iron RN. Just got back on my iron hunt today. Horseshoe, Axe head, and about 70 pounds of iron. One piece alone weighs about 35 pounds. Just something about holding that old iron Congrats!!
