Was on the unbeaten path today and came across some river dredgings, most likely Stolp Island channel digs. Called John (Litefire56) as I figured he'd be in the area and sure enough he was there in a few.

Looks to be a couple acres of muck, once spread that's now almost 4 feet deep in the middle. Found a boat prop right off, a pre-Uncola 7-up bottle and late 60's Pepsi bottle and two clad coins. I pulled three steel beer cans, one Schlitz and two Meister Brau from the pile, almost perfectly preserved by the anoxic muck all these years. It'd be cool to hit this as it spreads but with the current strike the work has been halted. Here's a shot of the safe door that I found in the muck, as no river dredge from Aurora would be complete without one safe or who knows what else....

The Kish is still high. Send me a PM to let me know what section of the Kish you want to hunt first. Had some practice Mucking on Park street last week.
