Man that looks good. Please tell me how to properly eat a crawfish. Is it true that you rip the head off and suck the stuff out of it? I know how you eat the tail, but I have always wondered the proper way to eat them. I got one at a buffet one time but was unsure how to tackle eating it. Thanks, Bryan in NC
