I agree jewelerguy its a very classy design oozes the charm of its time
The times of the people are worn onto every coin

Funny you mention this. I only found 1 silver Washington this year and I found 27 silver so far. Last year, I found almost 40 silver and 3 quarter total; 1 SLQ and two Barbers quarters. Almost all were dimes.

I have an old standing liverty I inherited (not found -i've had pretty bad luck so far hehehe)

The date is usually under the feet of the liberty, but mine also wore off pretty bad where I can only make out one number
