My Cache!!

Walking along the riverbank I happened upon 8 preforms laying out on the mud. I was so excited! I knew it was a cache. After I picked them up I looked up the bank to see if anymore were laying there. That's when I saw the stack of them sticking out of the bank. OMG! I called a couple people. I was excited! lol. After it was all said and done, I recovered 19 blades in all. It was an amazing year. I found 4 other smaller caches and my brother found his killer Adena Copper cache.

Hornstone! That's almost all we have here. Indiana Hornstone aka Wyandotte Chert aka Harrison chert. As for different angles, I dont have any photos of different angles but I do have a lot more pictures. Ill upload a couple for ya =]

One thing I though was cool is that 3 of them came from the very same rock. They are the two-tone ones.

Thanks for the comments about the insitu. I thought it was awesome!

Very cool. Any idea what the chert/flint is? If you have a chance, I'd like to see photos of just one of those blades from different angles (your choice).
