Second target this morning was the little 925 silver ring. The rest was just the normal beach "treasures" and my first Danish 1 Krone dated 1999. It gave me a weird signal on my Xcal. I guess because of the hole in the center?

The weird signal is most likely because of the alloy CuAl used in the coin.
Copper is a high conductor, while aluminum is a low conductor as far as metal detecting is concerned.
Non US coins often sound different and have different VDI numbers for that reason.

I doubt the round hole has anything to do with the coin sounding weird as the surface area of the coin is continuous (non broken).
