As BuckleBoy stated in his post we had a cold hunt yesterday but worth it. We had hunted for a couple of different spots and only located one of them. An old school house that gave up two wheaties for me. They were heavily corroded and can't make out dates on either one. The other site we just couldn't find for some reason. It happens. Well we decided to go hit an old house that's still occupied. We usually don't ever hunt these places but figured it was time to give it a try. I'm glad we did. I dug my first RR tag. The history behind the tag is in a post in the What is it? forum. Here's the link.

A special thanks to the gang over there on the research.
Thanks for looking.
HB

Super Find HB!!! I have never found a RR tag but one is on my wish list. I know our hunt on Wednesday was a lot more comfortable than the weather you guys had to endure. A lot of visitors to this site do not appreciate the inclement weather conditions that serious relic hunters brave to recover great items like you guys did. HH, Quindy.

Thanks Quindy, When I dug it I thought it was a dog tag. It wasn't till I got home and gave it a bath that I realized I had found a RR tag. The weather was brutal, but we needed are fix.
