Hello SE Michigan here.

Snagged my first standing liberty quarter today, was cool to get even though it has
no date. Believe it must be between 1918 and 1924. If anyone thinks different
would like to know. Also got a 1960 rosie and my first intact bracelet( though
the clasp seems to be broken.) One wheat, a 1945. Found these at the metro
park, this site I've taken 21 silver now, and found the rosie and SLQ on ground
that I had gone over in a rather thorough manner. Now I definitely plan
on hitting this area some more, it was a fairly clad rich enviroment, going back
to it I think I might find some more silver that got overlooked while digging the
more shallow clads. Sweet day for it too, two hunts ago I was freezing,
today I was hunting in a T-Shirt.

What a thrill it must have been to snag your first SLQ!! ::)

It looks like you're doing very well finding silver at your metro park. You will find more there. Persistence and patience will reward you with those elusive silvers!!

Congrats, BandB1!!

Hello and thanks, allen, Earthworks, jgas, BobS,Detectingfreak,seger98,halfdime,Nick, Mud, and
TreasurdiggrNY.

Thankyou for you comments, finding my first SLQ was a sweet dig, funny thing, today was the first day I've been
out since and my machine was dead, I was so thrilled by my SLQ that I left my machine on
all thru the weekend, ran the batteries out, don't care tho, totally worth it.

Good luck,
HH.
