Whooohaaaaa ;D I found my first Standing Liberty Quarter Today.........Darn near made I heart skip a beat when I saw it staring back at me from the hole...... I was detecting with mark43 and he must have thought I was nuts with all the hooting and hollering I was doing. The date is worn off , but it dates somewhere between 1917 & 1925. As 1925 was the year the design changed to the recessed dates, in hopes of eliminating this particular wear issues...Anyways I hope you enjoy the pictures and as always your comments are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

P.S. I also managed $1.62 in clads & two toy cars: One Matchbox and One Johnny Lightning

Very nice find and congrats on the SLQ! I won a no date SLQ on a contest, probably as close as I can get to finding an SLQ in Germany. They are very nice coins. HH, Mike
