First of all, let me thank my husband (seger98) for getting me into this fun hobby! If not for him, I wouldn't have found any of these things. We do research and scouting together and it's a great way to spend time with each other. I don't put in NEAR the amount of time he does so my finds aren't as many........

For the year, I found:

$18.32 in clad
1891 V Nickel
4 silver Roosie's
2 Mercury Dimes
my first piece of Archaic Copper
numerous interesting doo dads

Here's some pics, thanks for looking at my post. Kathy

Yeah Jerry, it is a really nice machine for beginners like myself. Very easy to learn what it's telling you. I have learned and also seen from other members who have an Ace250 to keep the sensitivity turned down a few notches. This will keep you from getting false signals especially in trashy areas. It's pretty accurate with the readings and the pinpoint feature comes in handy sometimes too. I would definitely recomend it to anyone starting out. Lightweight too, which is good for longer days...........

Looks to me like you had a very good year Kathy! I know Brian laughed about how you kicked his butt a time or two with that Ace....sounds like you do really well with it!
