My New E-Trac at the Soccer park this morning ! ! !

Well I was out this morning at a local park with the new E-trac. I spent 2.5 hours detecting two soccer fields. I created my own pattern (program) that i'e been using, that I think is OK for these hunts.
I dug 9 pull tabs ,2 hair clips, a sun looking thing , 2 cheep rings, 1 necklace pendant, 1 soccer metal, 1 button, and 179 clad coins. Yup my legs are sore! :coffee2:

Wow...

Some cool finds and lots of clad. That is like 1-2 coins per minute... must have had a lot of pocket spills. All those coins and no silver??? Oh well, a couple more days like that and you'll have your machine paid for!!! :)

I actually only dug the penny targets if there was one close by to one of the other targets that I was recovering. The single pennys I left for someone else :laughing7: :laughing7:
The E-trac can ID the pennys and seperates them from the dimes very well.
I dig Every Dime signal I find . A few years ago I took a buddy to a Park to metal detect. He is an Older Gentleman who likes to prospect for gold in the desert. I have been on many desert trips with him as he has trouble getting up and down. He went into an area I just scanned. I thought to myself , well he will find a few dimes. He yelled at me to come here. I thought OK he needs help to get up again. When I got over there he was digging one of the nicest Lady's solitaire I ever saw pop ed out of the ground. He said it read as a Dime. I was very happy for him because is' the only ring he ever found.
