The primary use will be for getting to otherwise inaccessible areas to look for shark's teeth and pirate treasure! And the best part - no loan! I got my tools out... IMG_0863.JPG

I put a floor in the mid section, where most of my time will be spent, and then laid boat decking on the of the plywood, it looks like teak planking. I did it because I didn't want to risk tripping on the boat ribs. IMG_0865.JPG

My cat told me I could have it. Since it's little, and beachable, I'll have to pick my days carefully.

I ought to name it "Dusty, go to sleep!" because my one cat is a truly loved pain in the you know what and keeps me up at night.

Nice little boat, perfect for what you want it for. A couple of items I either was glad I had, or wish I'd had, in my many years of trailering small boats.
A coil of 1/4 rope, for towing, tying off on shore, etc. An extra drain plug, left in the boat always...if you lose it, or forget to install it, in a small boat like this, you can lean over the transom and install it. A small anchor and rope. Something you can bail out water with.

Exploring in a small boat is a lot of fun. Enjoy.

Hi, How good is your health ? Can you swim properly ? Can swim 2 miles . Those two obese cats will sink that fruit box. The sharks where i live are bigger than your boat .TP

Your missing a few things,,, one of which,,, by not having it could make or "brake" your day.

Especially if driving any real distance.

Don't feel bad... most never think of it.

Pretty suspicious, I'd hide the registration number too. Ever consider an airboat? I had one up here in NY even before the authorities had 'em. They go almost anywhere.

Good luck with the new toy and happy adventures.

The main items not listed... that most never really think of deals not with the boat or personal... but with the trailer itself. (btw nice little one... perfect)

1. Bearing buddies.
2. Trailer box.

Number 2 is one that for me is a NEVER leave home without it... ever...

Trailer box... containing the following.

1 Grease gun with marine grease.
2 tools to remove and replace a bearing.
3. spare bearings.
4. roll of paper towels.
5. And most important... box of disposable Nitrile Gloves... and only Nitrile Gloves... no other.

May I suggest making your "trailer box" using small plastic toolbox you take with you whenever you tow.

Congrats smokey.....I do alot of boat hunting too. Good choice in boats, there beachable and light weight. Be prepared to wait on tides. If you beach your boat at high tide you could be high and dry at low tide. Sometimes you will have to wait for the tide to rise high enough to float your boat. Pack some food and water in case you get stranded and if you dont bring a fishing pole you'll see more fish than you've ever saw before. Be safe and bring a partner !! Good luck cant wait to see some of your boating adventures !!
