Boo yah!!!! Great job! My oldest coin so far from CRHing is an 1878 coin from Spain found in a roll of halves.

I just love those curious, old, or otherwise odd finds that occur so mysteriously in boxes of halves. Just this Tuesday, I pulled out a 1927 English penny from a roll in one of the boxes I ordered. And a few weeks ago, I got a French ten centime piece with Napoleon III's effigy on the obverse. It's nearly worn smooth, but it dates from circa 1855-56. Neither coin has any real value, but I'm keeping them. Every box is an adventure.

Yup, they are certainly fun to find! I've also pulled out a 1920s English penny as well. It's a shame seeing those old coins and finding out they are worth a few $$ max.
