My oldest seated dime and on the way back to truck half dime

Still hammering the field site where a circa 1730 house stood. My research also indicated that it was remodelled and added on to around 1850. The folks that did that work had some money to lose as the bulk of my coin finds are from that period. 1852 dime is my oldest:hello2: and the 1853 half dime was my last target and right by my truck. Love the patina on the reverse of the dime too. Ive now found three different types of coins dated 1852 this season. Trime and dime from this site and gold dollar from field across the street:dontknow:

Awesome! And it’s cool seeing the effects of the weight reduction starting in 1853 (and as noted by the arrows at the date). Very cool!

Man you are consistently ridiculous. Amazing finds AGAIN! Keep it up t!

Ridiculous site. Ive only found this much 19th century silver at one other site and it was a fairgrounds not a home site. Usually lucky to find one or two old 19th century silver from these sites. Im at seven on this one.
