It would have the opposite impact on me. I'd be wanting to fish even more!
Congrats

That is not allowed. Put it back. Not supposed to work that way.
Seriously...5-6 years ago I had just gotten a 10” Slimline coil for my Explorer2. I went to a public park that had given up some nice old coins, got out of the car and started swinging. Not 3 minutes later I got a really obvious 00-29 signal at 4-5” deep....straight up quarter signal. Dug a plug and an 1877 Seated quarter rolls out. Mic drop...right back in the car, went home. It was the only thing I ever dug with that coil, sold it a short while later cuz I was on to other things (the CTX). So I know where you’re coming from, I can totally relate. I’m still looking for that Capped coin though, I’m just a wee bit jealous...

Great looking silver, made into a whizzer. Congrats
Oh if it was I, the drool would start seeping from the corner of the mug-the thought would be spoken-oh ya-game on.

That's a beauty! They are hard to find for sure. Reminds me of me. I went out Saturday, first hit was a large cent, and found nothing else the rest of the day.

Totally understandable! Once the shock subsides, get back there and find more of them! Great find BTW :icon_thumleft:

In 2017, (I had to check) I got out of the truck walked several steps and dug that banner St. Timothy's Hall button. Got excited and went home. When I came back a few days later (or however long it was), there was a second button about a foot away. It seems like forever ago now.

You've really been killing it lately... keep it up! The weather will only get nicer from here. (Well, at least until it's 95 degrees out with 99% relative humidity).
