My Very First Two Boxes of Halves - Tragedy and Triumph

First, thanks to everyone here for all the great information. I figure if I keep :read2:, I'll graduate from newbie to competent hunter in about 20 years.

Second, I want to report my finds in my very first two boxes of halves. Box 1 - not a darned thing. Box 2 - 2 1964, 1 1965, 5 1967, 4 1968 and 5 1969.

Third, from the reports of others, I know I should expect future boxes to be more like box 1 (and that the secret to success is VOLUME). :icon_sunny:

I look forward to participating in the forum.

VERY nice score on that second box. Hard to find boxes like that anymore. I think your future boxes will depend on where you live and how many other hunters you have in your area. After you do a few more you will start getting an idea.

Very nice job on the second box. I'm extremely happy if any of my boxes have 5+ silvers in them.

My best box (I've done 30 in the past yr or so) gave up (14) 40%ers and (3) 90%ers, so ur box 2 was close to that. Don't get spoiled. but here's hoping your next box is a dream box. :toothy4:
