Mystery Coins

I got these yesterday for $.10 each. Can you guys tell me something about them? The first one says Ferdinand IV on the obverse. It has lettering on the back but I can't make it out. It appears to say 16-- as a date. For the second one, I got it because I believed it was from Baden, possibly 1830s or 1840s, but I can't figure out the denomination. There are no details on the back. It is around 21mm in diameter. Please help!

My guess would be Spain on the first coin.

Here's a pic of Ferdinand IV, King of Naples, Italy, roughly from 1799 to 1806.....He had a lot of problems with Napoleon.....lol
