It's difficult to say when a stone has been cut and polished for a pendant like that because the facets might not be truly representative of the original crystal shape. Nevertheless, I would think its quartz - in which inclusions of various kinds are common - and from the slightly greenish tinge I would think the inclusions are chlorite.
