I thought the last place I lived had a lot of trash. The above is from approximately 5 sq. ft of a strip between my walkway and the neighbors fence.

I got excited when I saw the edge of the Chuckie Cheese token. Well it was the best find of the evening.

Oh and about 100 mosquitoes got a big meal.

I've been grabbing up nails like they're gold coins at my renovation permission. The place it littered heavy with nails and you can barely swing some areas without about an iron "pop" every few inches. Clean it up and certainly there will be silver waiting beneath.;D That's what I keep telling myself anyway.:hello:

Wow, that's a lot of digging. I would notch out Iron and Tabs and cherry pick first to support my enthusiasm, and then go back dig some Iron and Tabs and maybe get lucky with a Relic.
Backwoods OFF spray for those pesky Skeeters.

I should mention I got all these with my carrot. I have about 15' more of nail purgatory to go. Then I'll be able to properly detect this strip.

It's 47 degrees this morning in Port Allegheny, Pennsylvania
What is the temperature when these Skeeters just die off? I got bit on last night's hunt and it don't look like the bites are slowing down.
Congrats on getting out.

Those mosquitos wear me out! Nothing worse than getting to the truck, looking in the mirror, and seeing red whelps on your face where those little bastages have bitten you. Disease carrying micro vampires...

Perhaps I got a little off track.

Ugh....Good persistence there, Mzjavert! I hate it when the mosquitos splash blood on me at the kill. The are viscous before sundown which is a time I like detecting!

Real good quality steel in that straight razor probably.( It is a straight razor s blade ,thick at spine and thin on the other side?) Plus possible age....

Dang , you're running about one skeeter bite per recovery....
And I'm itching thinking about them.
