Just doing some tidying up of old unidentified works,
The canal scene is a copy of a work titled “Le Canal” by the French artist Michel Delacroix (1933-present). Delacroix painted street scenes in “nail” style (naïve art from someone without formal training as an artist) and the original work was produced c.1970. His paintings have been widely reproduced as posters and wall art, as well as being copied by commercial gallery artists. I would think “Timothy” is a commercial artist and it may well be a pseudonym.

My opinion is that this is the work of Timoth Parker.
He is an abstract painter and his work of "women's butts" is very unique?

The "Timothy" signature is on the copy of Michel Delacroix's canal scene, not on the painting of the nude lady. This is the signature on that one:

Yes you are right...different signature...but similar "Butt"
