I'm local and have for years been wondering how to find others with similar interests. I have a nitof an anxiety issue but I try not to let that affect my passion still I have yet to make any connections. It would be great to hear back from anyone else curious as me , anyone who has stories or have even found artifacts or know of those who have. Stories/ pictures/ advice. All welcomed.

You are from Rocky Mount, Va.; check with your local library/historical society. Your "area" was the most WESTERN part of OLD Virginia with important roads/trading posts roads for the Scot/Irish "settlers" & local tribes, that lived near the James River, Roanoke River, etc. ALL of my "Indian" artifacts are from the Shenandoah Valley; MANY Tribes for "Happy Hunting Grounds" along the Shenandoah River. (I once lived "up there"...).
