Navy Button, But What Era?

Got out for a bit today and found this Navy button. Had a tin back that’s now gone. Is this Civil War era or later? Found in an area where Civil War items have been found. Thanks!

I posted one of those types a few years ago my brother found and some experts said it is pre civil war. Wish I could send the message to you about the I'd but it is long ago. Best. Jeff

Everybody here is saying it’s Civil War, so who knows. But yours sure looks like my button.
