Need gun identified

I bought this gun at an auction and I have been unable to identity it. If anyone has any information on this gun and manufacturer that would be greatly appreciated!

Simon is spot on. But I think it's .22 cal.

If you look closely, I saw 32, at first it looked like 22, but the first number curved back up to the left, while the 2 goes right.
