could you please give more detail then doesn't look like it? they both look the same to me..that is why I am having a hard time figuring out if it is a 5 over 3

I don't know too much about it, and I may be wrong. However, in the auction listed below, you can see a small, faint line between the top line of thge five and the rest of the number, which looks like part of the numeral "3".

That is an error only visible on close examination, in the auction coin closeup it's barely visible.
