It's some type of military medal. But unlike anything I have seen before

I won't argue , Because I don't Know.
But my Gut feeling is it's a Reservation Souvenir
sold to someone with the first or last initial L.

as far as Age. Could date back to WW1.

I only say that because Watch Fobs are not plentiful anymore

It appears to be blank. In the process of cleaning it up gently. I'll let you know tomorrow for sure
