✅ SOLVED Need help with military(?) pin

Hi everyone, I recovered this enamled pin (as wide as a quarter) northwest of Chicago in an area that has given up
early coinage (1900-1920).

Any ideas?

It appears to be a "rally" pin of some sort...
Like "rally the boys" war thing...
it is a "up and at' em" enamel pin.
Did a slight search... nothing came up... prolly rarer
Check it it further from here yourself

I'm certainly no expert, but at first sight it reminded me of a fraternity crest.
