I found these 2 tokens and a flat button in the same area. I can make out most of the writing on them but not quite enough to figure out what they are.

The first token says ORR or maybe C or GRR of NJ on one side and Pier 14 NY on the other. It is about the size of a dime and thicker than a nickel.

The second looks like it says MEARS I can definitely read EAR but the surrounding letters are questionable. There is a date though! 1857. The reverse says R.R. In the middle and has more writing around the outside. I think I can make out NY.

Finally the flat button says London Coulour and then something else I can't make out. Nothing on the front of the button. I can't tell if it was a plain button or if was a two piece. A friend said it looked like a British Waterford button.

Let me know what you guys think.

First four images are lead seals - not tokens.

Thank you. I just found one similar in a search... Henry Mears lead box car seal used to prevent tampering of goods during the civil war. The destination was marked on the one side and possibly the box car number.
