Hello, my name is Willy Garrison. I am collecting stamps relatively recently. I have a problem identifying this stamp and evaluating it.

Willy, stamp collecting is a fun and very educational hobby.

You might want to find a used Scotts Stamp catalog set for stamp identification purposes. These can be easily found for very cheap and provide a wealth of knowledge for everyone from the beginner to the most advanced collector.
