Need info. on PERUVIAN bill of ladding w/peru revenue canceled stamp!

Hello everybody!!!...I picked this up today and have not researched it yet...Aprox. 9.5in.long & 5.4in.wide,decent con. not FINE or better but nice,paid $3.00 for it,just another revenue to add to the collection! So if anybody can give me a little info. that would be great! i know if ANYBODY can people on TN can!!! HH all&have a great day!!!
