Need information on this whiskey bottle

[Stypes]

“Kickapoo” whiskey bottle. Label is marked with “US Bottlers Supply Co”, company that became tied to Illinois Glass at turn of 20th Century. Internal thread, wood screw top, no markings on bottle. Did find possible link to a Clarke Distillery out of Peoria, IL that had a “Kickapoo” bourbon brand but couldn’t find logo/label example anywhere. Any idea on age and where this whiskey would have come from?
